Content and communications
Profile details and any messages you send through Hugo should be accurate, lawful, and respectful. We may remove or refuse content that breaches this policy, and we may limit features where needed to protect other users.
Enforcement
If we believe you have breached this AUP or our Terms, we may take action including warnings, removal from an event, suspension or termination of your account, withholding credit restores or refunds for misconduct, and cooperation with law enforcement where appropriate. Decisions about event removal for conduct are final as set out in our Terms.
Reporting concerns
If you experience or witness behaviour that breaches this policy, email hi@hugodate.co as soon as you can, with the event date and any details that help us investigate. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
